We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable clerk*Bookeeper to handle the input and payment of invoices for our 5 different companies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing all incoming invoices
- Ensuring proper approvals are obtained
- Procesing invoices for payment
- Preparing checks for signature
- Preparing cashflow reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Collections and processing of payments
